Happy #WallpaperWednesday! This week we’re feeling inspired by the budding plants around us. Bring Mother Nature into your home in the form of beautiful white rose petal wallpaper.
Popular in the disco era, metallics are making a strong resurgence in interior design. Today, brass is being done in a more refined manner. Check out our three tips on how to tastefully incorporate a bit of brass into your home
Brass, gold, and bronze have been popping up as a trend in the design world. Borrowed from the 70’s, the look is now being reinterpreted in both metals and textiles. Here are a few of our favorite brass decor ideas:
A brassy wallpaper with a hint of sheen is chic when paired with couches covered in a blue and bronze geometric fretwork pattern. Top the sofas with a few rainbow-hued chevron stripe pillows and light the room with lamps that echo the fretwork.
Gilded Back Splash
Get the look of metallic tile in your kitchen without all of the work with a champagne-colored grid wallpaper. Use it as a back splash accent or cover a whole room with it for a full-on gilded effect.
Bronze Greek Key
Greek key metallic wallpaper in a buttery shade of bronze evokes a sunny disposition and is a beautiful focal point for a bedroom. To complete the look, upholster a headboard in a soft metallic damask fabric and accent with dove grey ikat pillows.
Chocolate Brown & Deep Gold
Chocolate brown walls and deep gold metallics bring a lush, warm ambiance to a living room. Here, a velvet sofa with brown framework and brass nail heads provides a lovely two-tone result.
